Counsellor Registration

This form is for counsellors who want to register their details with TfT. There are two pages to this form.

The first page asks for contact details and any religious affiliation.

The second page asks for some details of your counselling practice, so that we can pass information to those asking for a counsellor.

If you are a counselling organisation, please put the name of the organisation here
Aberdeen, Bristol, Dundee, Edinburgh and Glasgow are listed as cities. London and Manchester are included in "Greater London" and "Greater Manchester".
